Privacy notice
Short, because there isn't much to say: this site collects nothing about you personally unless you send us a message.
Who we are
Expul Ltd, company no. 13801455, registered office 12 The Atrium, Woolsack Way, Godalming GU7 1EN. Expul Ltd is the data controller for any personal data you send us. Contact: steve.kavanagh@expul.uk.
What we collect, and why
The enquiry form. If you use it, we receive what you type: your name, work email, company, an optional phone number and your message. We use it for one purpose — to reply to you and, if you want to go further, to arrange a conversation. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you chose to make.
Visitor counts. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit each page and roughly where from. It sets no cookies, doesn't fingerprint your device, and doesn't identify you; we see totals, not individuals. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, also processes the technical data any web request involves (such as your IP address) to deliver the page and protect the site; see Cloudflare's own privacy policy for both.
Nothing else. No advertising scripts, no tracking across other websites, and nothing is collected unless you choose to send the form.
Where it goes
Form submissions are sent as an email to Steve Kavanagh's Expul mailbox, using an email delivery service (Resend, processing in the EU). They are kept in that mailbox for as long as the conversation is live, and for up to two years afterwards in case you come back to us, then deleted. We don't sell your details, share them with anyone else, or add you to a mailing list without asking you first.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our using it — just email steve.kavanagh@expul.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
